Blue Ivy Carter is a Grammy-nominated singer, an audiobook narrator, the occasional makeup artist —and now, the nine-year-old can add supermodel to her already impressive resume, after modeling the latest drop from her mom Beyoncé's Ivy Park x Adidas collection.
In new images teasing the upcoming "Icy Park" capsule collection, which will be released on Friday (February 19), the pint-size multi-hyphenate is shown dancing and modeling various pieces from the collection.
In one shot, Blue throws up a peace sign, while wearing latex pants, a cropped jacket, a matching face mask, and a belt bag. In another, she's shown standing beside her mom in a matching outfit as she pulls the hood of her jacket over her head.
Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles-Lawson, applauded her granddaughter's modeling skills on Instagram Wednesday (February 17), revealing that initially, Blue wasn't part of the campaign and just kind of "inserted" herself into it.
"My grandbaby Blue Ivy working it out swinging her hair , looking like a beautiful little super model! ❤️❤️❤️," Miss Tina captioned a video collage showing Blue's appearances in the campaign.
The proud grandma later added, "My Beautiful grandbaby Blue Ivy looking like a little super model in her Ivy Park . Swing your hair Blue ,!!!!! She inserted herself into this shoot."
"No she was not supposed to be in it," Tina continued. "She was just hanging out and got dressed and I guess she said “I ‘m not gonna tell you what I could do I’m gonna show you”I love that aggressive spirit My Blue Blue!!!! ❤️"
