Oprah Buys Billboards In Louisville Demanding Justice For Breonna Taylor

After honoring Breonna Taylor on the cover of “O” Magazine, Oprah has now paid for dozens of billboards to be set up around Louisville, Kentucky, demanding justice for the 26-year-old EMS employee.

“If you turn a blind eye to racism, you become an accomplice to it,” the billboard reads; along with a call to action that asks residents to “demand that the police involved in the killing of Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged.”

It’s been 148 days since Breonna was killed by Louisville police officers, who shot her in a “no-knock warrant” in her home.
